Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Unfortunately, the shipping cost does not include taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc.  Make sure you consider all fees before making your purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat CAD$10.00 on all orders in Canada and CAD$12.50 to the US. Free shipping for all orders above $300.00 (Canada and US only - Manzil Collection is not included). Please Note, there may be shipping delays due to COVID and the holidays.

Do you offer Local - Pick up?

Yes, We offer FREE local pickup within the Greater Toronto Area and Hamilton. Your order will be sent to the nearest Chit Chat Branch to you and you will have 7 business days to pick up your package.

Do the products look exactly the same as shown in the photos?

Colors may appear different on screen than in person. Also, some of the products have hand-made craftsmanship, which means each product may vary slightly.
