Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Unfortunately, the shipping cost does not include taxes, duties, brokerage fees, etc.  Make sure you consider all fees before making your purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is a flat CAD$10.00 on all orders in Canada and USD$20.00 to the US. Free shipping for all orders above $300.00 (Canada and US only).

Please Note, processing of orders takes 3 - 5 business days. There may be shipping delays due to recent tarriff changes, delays at the border and holidays.

Sidra & Co is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Sidra & Co is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages after delivery confirmation.

Do the products look exactly the same as shown in the photos?

Colors may appear different on screen than in person. Also, some of the products have hand-made craftsmanship, which means each product may vary slightly.
